It is too easy to think of fitness as an abstract set of statistics: Blood pressure, body-fat percentage, weight, etc. These numbers are both useful and important but these set of statistics are not realistic.

It is important at any age to be physically active. Regardless of your age, you will be more energetic and enjoy a high quality of life. Life is about being an inspiration to everyone around you. People on the journey of fitness have a vitality and energy that is contagious.

Fortunately, there are many people in their seventies who are very fit and physically active. They have maintained the strength, aerobic capacity, flexibility, and coordination of people decades younger.

Partnerships in Fitness LLC is inviting all Fit and Fabulous females, women ages 40-70+ to join in a NEW Awareness Blog entitled #gracefully. The focus of #gracefully is to give women ages 40 - 70+ an open platform to discuss, share, enlighten, empower, and educate other women about health topics, concerns, experiences and lifestyles.

Do people wonder how old are you?

Do people wonder what keeps your spirit so youthful & joyful?

Do people wonder how you maintain a peaceful mental state of mind?
