It is important at any age to be physically active. Regardless of your age, you will be more energetic and enjoy a high quality of life. Life is about being an inspiration to everyone around you. People on the journey of fitness have a vitality and energy that is contagious.
Fortunately, there are many people in their seventies who are very fit and physically active. They have maintained the strength, aerobic capacity, flexibility, and coordination of people decades younger.

The focus of #gracefully is to give women ages 40 - 70+ an open platform to discuss, share, enlighten, empower, and educate other women about health topics, concerns, experiences and lifestyles.
