40 Days to a Better You

SUPER Saturdays...

SUPER Saturdays are a great time to enjoy healthy foods and participate in fun physical activities with family and friends. Many times you can find healthy foods and fun physical activities right in your own back yard.

In our previous post we introduced a Super Salad that revitalized the body and provided key nutrients needed to keep the mind, body, and spirit in perfect harmony and balance.

"And God said, Behold,

I have given you every herb bearing seed,

which is upon the face of all the earth,

and every tree,

in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed;

to you it shall be for meat."

Genesis 1:29

Todays Vegan meal is prepared by our own professional Chef Janine Brown. Janine prepared a perfect Vegan meal with delicious sweet potatoes and white beans full of nutritious ingredients.
