You must first determine what visual stimulation brings you a state of peace, and practice your unique road to calmness everyday.
Surprisingly, you can find tranquility at home just by dedicating a specific time and place in your home that represents peace and serenity. A place that gives you a sense of calmness. Keeping calm is the first step toward the door of tranquility, for through that door you will find freedom from worry, stress and other non productive emotions that increase your adrenaline and get the heart beating fast...
